Hi,

Why Lake City Lahore new 5 marla booking is so pricey?

50 Lac even if it is developed is too much?

Its too much. No one will invest it new deal. Even old deals are struggling and profit on 25 lac booking dropped from 3 lac to 2 lac now.

Anyways, Lake City will start picking significantly in Q1 2017.

yesterday i got rate of M7C own is around 2 lakh M7D around 25,000.

can some one share the latest transaction status in lake status is there any activity there or not and if any activity then which area is catching more attention

M7 installment plan is more popular.

Old booking 2 lakhs  profit.

New 29.9 booking 0-5 thousands profit.

i think they want to increase the transactions on below old files 

  • 5 Marla 15 Lacs booking
  • 5 Marla 30 Lacs booking
  • 7 Marla 42 Lacs booking
  • 10 Marla 65 Lacs booking
To me, its a smart move by lake city to increase the transactions during this slump period.
I am not sure if anybody will buy 50 lacs booking.

I agree with Usman sb.

35-38 Lacs deal would make more sense.

To me M7 location is better than M8. Even if it is develop but they are not going to handover to you before 2.5 years.
